A Required Health Screening, Done in Minutes Instead of Days

MyHealthForm.com is an online platform that gives Florida home health caregivers the state-required “free from communicable disease” health statement without a doctor’s visit. Created by DSNMRK partner Shae Strachan and his brother Scott Strachan, RN, it turns a slow, expensive step in caregiver onboarding into a nurse-reviewed, physician-approved certificate a caregiver can complete while sitting in the registry’s office. DSNMRK designed, built and runs the platform.

— The Story

Filling a void in Florida home care onboarding

In Florida, a home health worker must have a health statement confirming they are free from communicable diseases before they can enter a client’s home. For most caregivers that meant booking a visit with a primary care physician, waiting for the appointment, paying for it and then waiting again for the paperwork. Many physicians were reluctant to sign the statement at all. Nurse registries watched good caregivers sit idle for days or weeks while a single form held up their start date.

Scott Strachan, RN, BSN, sees that problem every week at Abby Services, the nurse registry our father founded in 1997. Shae Strachan, a partner at DSNMRK, had already built C-E-U.com with him. Together they saw a second opportunity to help the caregiving community: a compliant, physician-approved screening a registry could run on the spot. That idea became MyHealthForm.com.

A caregiver completing a health screening questionnaire on a tablet

— The Challenge

Fast for caregivers, defensible for registries

  • 1The screening had to satisfy Florida Statute 400.506(6)(a) and hold up under an Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) survey. That meant a physician-approved protocol, issued and reviewed by a registered nurse, with nothing improvised.
  • 2It had to be fast enough to complete during onboarding: register, pay, answer the screening questions and receive a signed certificate while the caregiver is still in the office.
  • 3Certificates had to be tamper-proof and verifiable, so a registry, and a surveyor, can confirm any form is genuine in seconds and falsified screenings are no longer a risk.

Built mobile-first

— What We Built

A compliant screening platform, start to certificate

01

Register and pay in minutes

A caregiver creates an account, enters basic information and pays securely from any phone or the registry’s front desk. No appointment, no exam, no delay.

02

A physician-approved screening protocol

The screening follows a written protocol approved by a physician and issued by a registered nurse, so the process itself, not just the form, meets AHCA expectations for Florida nurse registries.

03

Instant signed certificate

On completion the platform generates the physician-approved, signed “free from communicable disease” certificate immediately, ready to file in the caregiver’s onboarding packet.

04

Online certificate verification

Every certificate can be validated on the site, giving registries and surveyors a fast way to confirm authenticity and protecting patients from falsified screenings.

05

Built for nurse registries

Designed around how Florida nurse registries onboard independent caregivers, with referral partnerships and a neutral third-party process that keeps registries clear of contractor-control risk.

06

Educational content that ranks

Plain-language articles on what the statute requires, what surveyors look for and how to avoid common compliance mistakes, structured to be found by search engines and AI assistants.

— The Outcome

Days of waiting, replaced by a few minutes

Minutes

To go from registration to a signed certificate, while the caregiver is still in the office

$0 visits

No physician appointment, no exam and no waiting on a clinic for paperwork

Survey-tested

Health statements reviewed during AHCA surveys at Florida nurse registries with no change required

Faster onboarding

Caregivers start working sooner and registries fill shifts faster, because one form no longer holds everything up.

Compliance by design

A nurse-reviewed, physician-approved protocol built around Florida’s rules, not bolted on afterwards.

Verifiable, every time

Online verification means registries, agencies and surveyors can trust every certificate they see.

Good for the community

Less friction for caregivers and safer, better-documented care for the families who rely on them.

We built it because we needed it ourselves. Now every Florida registry can use it.

A Training Platform Built by a Nurse and a Technologist, Now 30,000 Users Strong

C-E-U.com is an online continuing education and certification platform for nurses, nurse aides and caregivers: state board-approved courses, instant certificates and simple, affordable pricing. It was created by DSNMRK partner Shae Strachan and his brother Scott Strachan, a registered nurse who runs the home health agency their father founded. DSNMRK designed, built and grew the platform, which has passed 30,000 users in a short period of time.

— The Story

Two brothers, one idea that helps the people who care for others

C-E-U.com is near and dear to us. Scott Strachan, RN, BSN, is a registered nurse and healthcare entrepreneur who owns and operates Abby Services, the Florida nurse registry our father started in 1997. Every year he watched caregivers and nurses scramble to complete the continuing education their state requires, paying too much for courses that were slow, dated and hard to use.

Shae Strachan, a partner at DSNMRK, has spent two decades building digital platforms and business automation. When the brothers compared notes, the opportunity was obvious: combine Scott’s knowledge of caregiver compliance and home care operations with Shae’s technology and marketing experience, and build the training platform the healthcare community actually needed. C-E-U.com was born.

— The Challenge

Make required training fast, affordable and trustworthy

  • 1Continuing education requirements differ by state and by role. Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, RNs and LPNs each needed a clear path to exactly the courses their board requires, without wading through everything else.
  • 2Certificates have to be instant, verifiable and reportable. Employers and state boards need to trust every certificate the platform issues, and where a state uses CE Broker, completions need to be reported automatically.
  • 3The platform had to launch quickly, then scale. Home care agencies enroll staff in bulk, and a nurse finishing a night shift expects checkout, course and certificate to just work on a phone.

03

Simple pricing, bundles and checkout

Per-course pricing, an ALL Access caregiver bundle and state-required bundles, with a checkout built for people buying on a phone between shifts.

04

Tools for agencies and registries

Bulk registration, bulk reminders, office staff training and ready-to-print materials let home care agencies keep an entire workforce compliant from one place.

05

Built to be found

Every course, state and topic page is structured for search engines and AI assistants, so a caregiver searching for a state requirement lands on the right course.

06

Every Lead to the Right Broker, Automatically

FGI Yacht Group is a superyacht brokerage handling sales, charter, new construction and management for some of the most sought-after yachts on the water. DSNMRK built an API bridge between BoatWizard and the HubSpot CRM so every inquiry lands in the CRM and reaches the right broker automatically, then streamlined and automated the firm’s follow-up so brokers respond faster and management can see, at a glance, everything happening across the business.

A brokerage where every minute matters

FGI Yacht Group, founded by Frank Grzeszczak, is a challenger brand in superyacht sales and charter, with a team of brokers, listings across the world’s major yacht marketplaces and a reputation for moving fast. In this market a serious buyer or charter client expects an answer in minutes, not days, and the broker who responds first usually wins the relationship.

Inquiries reach FGI from many directions: listing portals, the website, charter requests, referrals and events. Getting each one to the right broker quickly, and knowing what happened next, was the operational problem DSNMRK was brought in to solve.

The FGI Yacht Group brokerage team

— The Challenge

Leads in one system, brokers in another

  • 1Listing inquiries arrived in BoatWizard, the platform that manages FGI’s yacht listings and portal leads, while the brokers and the marketing team worked in HubSpot. Moving leads between them was manual, slow and easy to get wrong.
  • 2Every lead had to be matched to the broker who owns that listing or territory. Mis-routed or unclaimed inquiries meant delayed replies and missed opportunities on multi-million-dollar yachts.
  • 3Management had no single view of the pipeline. Understanding which leads were live, who was working them and how quickly brokers were responding meant chasing people rather than checking a dashboard.

— What We Built

One connected lead pipeline, from listing to broker to close

01

A BoatWizard to HubSpot API bridge

DSNMRK built a custom integration that captures every inquiry from BoatWizard the moment it arrives and creates or updates the contact, the deal and the yacht it relates to inside HubSpot, with no re-keying.

02

Automatic broker assignment

Each lead is associated with the proper broker based on the listing and FGI’s own rules, so the right person is notified immediately and the inquiry is never left unclaimed.

03

Automated broker communications

Workflows trigger prompt, consistent first responses and follow-up tasks, so a prospect hears back quickly while the broker prepares the personal reply.

04

Streamlined internal processes

We mapped how leads, listings and follow-ups actually moved through the firm and automated the hand-offs, removing the manual steps that slowed brokers down and caused things to slip.

05

A bird’s-eye view for management

Pipeline dashboards and reporting give leadership a high-level, real-time picture of what is happening across the firm: lead volume, response times, broker activity and deals in motion.

06

Built to keep evolving

The integration and workflows are documented and maintainable, so new listing sources, brokers and rules can be added without starting over.

A real-time, high-level picture of the firm’s pipeline and broker activity, without a single status meeting.

Clean, trustworthy CRM data

Contacts, deals and yachts stay linked and up to date, so reporting and marketing run on facts, not guesswork.

Four businesses on one property

Pala Mesa is really four businesses sharing one beautiful piece of land: a public championship golf course with daily tee times, tournaments and lessons; a hotel with rooms and room blocks; AquaTerra, a restaurant and bar with live music and happy hours; and a wedding and events operation that hosts ceremonies, receptions, corporate meetings and celebrations year round.

Each one has its own audience, its own seasonality and its own way of booking. The website has to sell all of them at once, and it has to be simple enough that the resort’s own team can keep it current every week.

A new luxury destination with a lot to say

Chamonix is the newest luxury casino resort in the Colorado mountains: a hotel, a casino floor, fine dining, a spa and salon, live entertainment and meeting space, all under one roof in historic Cripple Creek. A property like that is never finished talking. Promotions, progressives and player rewards change weekly, entertainment is booked months out, and menus, packages and seasonal offers turn over constantly.

The website had to launch as the resort’s front door, carry every one of those messages, convert visitors into hotel guests, and be discovered by the people searching for a Colorado getaway, whether they ask Google or an AI assistant.

20,000 Products, Live on the Page, Searchable in an Instant

Opustone is South Florida’s destination for natural stone, marble and porcelain slabs and tiles, serving designers, architects and homeowners across the region. DSNMRK designed and built opustone.com from the ground up: a content management system the Opustone team updates themselves, and a live inventory platform that puts more than 20,000 luxury stone products on the page with lightning-fast search, favorites and shareable lookbooks.

A catalog that changes every day

Opustone stocks one of the largest selections of marble, quartzite, granite, travertine and porcelain in the region, sold by the slab and by the tile. Their buyers are designers and architects specifying materials for high-end residential and commercial projects, and they make decisions on inventory that moves constantly. New lots arrive, slabs sell, and a product that was available this morning may be gone by the afternoon.

For a brand built on curation, the website had to do two things at once: feel like a luxury showroom, and be exactly as accurate as the warehouse floor.

Every one of those changes has to reach guests in three places at once, on the casino floor, on the website and in their inbox, quickly and without mistakes. DSNMRK has managed, hosted, maintained and extended Pala’s digital platform to make that the easy part of the marketing team’s week.

  • 2The internal marketing team spent its time recreating the same campaigns for each broker, region and season instead of improving them.
  • 3The yacht search on iyc.com captured exactly what a client wanted, but none of that intent reached the CRM or shaped the follow-up.

— What We Built

An automation engine built around how brokers actually sell

01

A HubSpot automation strategy designed for brokers

We designed the workflows, sequences and templates inside HubSpot so any broker can launch on-brand outreach in minutes. Every message draws from a shared library of approved language, so a client hears one IYC voice whether the note comes from Monaco or Fort Lauderdale.

02

One messaging system for the marketing team

The internal team now populates campaigns from the same source of truth: modular content for charter, sales and management that assembles into newsletters, destination features and broker follow-ups without starting from a blank page.

03

APIs and workflows tied into the yacht search platform

We built the integration layer between the iyc.com yacht search and HubSpot. When a prospect searches, their criteria are captured against their contact record: charter or purchase, region, length, budget and time of year.

04

Automated availability emails that match yachts to intent

A client looking to charter a superyacht in the Mediterranean, within a certain length and for a certain week, now receives periodic emails with yachts that genuinely fit, pulled from live availability. Nobody has to remember to follow up. The system does it, on brand, until the client books or a broker steps in.

— The Outcome

A brokerage that markets like one team

One brand voice, worldwide

Every broker sends outreach built from the same approved language, so IYC sounds like IYC in every office and region.

Campaigns in minutes, not days

The marketing team assembles newsletters and broker campaigns from modular content instead of rebuilding them each time.

Search intent becomes follow-up

What a client looks for on iyc.com now lives in HubSpot and drives the yachts, destinations and timing they hear about next.

Always-on nurture, no dropped leads

Prospects receive matching yacht options on a schedule, so no enquiry goes quiet while a broker is at sea or between time zones.
